You've had a total of 119 BSODs!! Only 2 shown yesterday:

    P1: 0X000000be 8/19/2020 7:37 PM
    P1: 0X000000be 8/19/2020 7:36 PM

The 8/19 3:36PM dump does not have Driver Verifier enabled. When did you enable it and when did you disable it. The dump occurred outside that time period.

Looks like you had everything except Microsoft drivers enabled which is exactly what is wanted:

Once that's done, time to test CPU and GPU.

Yeah for some reason whenever I run the verifier I get BSODs that aren't verified enabled and they also do not create dumps. However, I will re-run all the tests above and await more help. My only comment is I've heard that sometimes wifi adapters can create all types of issues. Do you think this is something that could be caused by my adapter?

Quick update. tried running the tuneup for about 30 minuites but crashed before SFC finished scanning everytime. I decided to run Prime95 while doing it and immediately I no longer recieved any more blue screens while running it (not sure if this is a coincidence or not). I will continue to run Prime for 3/4 more hours but no problems so far. Here are the outputs of the scan:

Just ran Prime 95 for about 12 hours with no errors. So I'm assuming we can rule out the CPU as the issue. However, will run OCCT now

Other that replacing hardware, I can't think of where else to go with this.

What Win 10 version are you on now? 2004 19041.???

    One thing you can try.

Do a full Macrium image backup to an external Hard Drive
Do a Clean Install of Windows 10 1909 (November 2019 FU)
See here: Microsoft Windows and Office ISO Download Tool (GUI) Heidoc.net
    Version : 10.0.18362
    ServicePack Build : 418

Test for awhile and see if things are any better. If yes then defer Windows Update for up to 365 days until Microsoft fixes the problem that is giving you all this grief.

If problems still occur then you can restore the Macrium image and be right back to where you are now.

Here are the text file from my Prime 95 and the screenshot my OCTT test. I also just ran the OCT GPU test for an hour with no errors but didn't take a screenshot. Currently running OCTT mem and will post screenshots after every test. After testing, if no issues are found and we still haven't had a good solution I will try Ztruker's suggestion. Also yes I am running 19041.

Please test the new RAM with Memtest86 for two tests of four passes each.

If it passes both tests then place the computer in safe mode:
Boot into Safe Mode on Windows 10

Run safe mode as long as possible (plan one week) and report into the thread whether there are any BSOD.
If there are any BSOD while in safe mode then return to normal boot and upload a new V2.

To boot into safe mode quickly use shift + restart.
The longer that it is continuously run the better the testing.
