Persistent BSODs, Please Help

Hello,

For about 3 months I've been getting several BSODs about once every few days. I'm almost certain that one contributing factor is a driver issue with my USB DAC amp from FiiO https://www.amazon.com/FiiO-E10K-Hea.../dp/B00LP3AMC2, however, I haven't been able to fix this issue nor do I believe that singular driver is the cause for all of my BSOD woes.

My Windows 10 version is 1909 and I have attatched the V2 Zip file to this post. Please tell me if any additional information is required.

MrPepka,

Thank you for the suggestions. I updated my BIOS and enabled support for ps/2 devices and I will report back if I get more BSOD errors.

I am familiar with the BIOS update, but what was the PS/2 device enabling about??

You had messages in the nfo file about ps / 2 devices (that they are not present etc.) hence this suggestion

Unfortunately, I literally just got another bluescreen haha. I'm attaching the new zip file for anyone to look at as it has the new crash dump.

1. Run Driver Verifier Manager thorugh type "verifier" in search bottom
2. Select "Create standard settings"
3. Select "Select driver names from a list"
4. Tick all 3rd party drivers
5. Accept changes and reboot computer

Suggest you remove the device and uninstall the software since it's from 2012. Either find updated software or find a replacement device.
