    BSOD when using dual monitors

    PC specs:
    OS: WINDOWS 10 PRO 1909 BUILD 18363.836
    CPU: AMD RYZEN 3 1300X
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 730 DDR3 128bit
    MOB: GIGABYTE AB350M GAMING 3-CP
    PSU: TACENS RADIX IV-450W
    RAM: CORSAIR 16GB DDR4 1064.1 MHz

    MONITOR:
    BenQ GL2450 24"
    AOC U2879VF 28"

    HDD:
    SAMSUNG SSD 840 EV0 250 GB
    WDC WD5000AAKX-001CA0
    WDC WD10JPVX-60JC3T0
    TOSHIBA MK5065GSXF

Whenever I am running a dual monitor setup I get a slew of BSOD errors:
    * STOP CODE: DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL // WHAT FAILED: NDU.SYS
    * STOP CODE: DPC WATCHCODE VIOLATION
    * KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED // FAILED: NDU.SYS
    * SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED // FAILED: NDU.SYS
    * KERNEL SECURITY CHECK FAILURE
+ KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED // FAILED: FWPKCLNT.SYS

No BSOD errors when using only the 28" AOC (configured at 3840x2160) or only the BenQ 24" @ 1920x1080
The GPU is my main suspect despite the fact that it can handle more than one monitor. It has updated drivers. The PSU is only 450W, although I doubt that it has much influence on powering the monitors. Reluctant to change the PSU or GPU without having a clear idea as to the probable cause of the BSOD when using a dual monitor configuration. Any thoughts are welcome. TIA.

Sorry, failed to attach the included V2 log file as requested.

In case it may be relevant, the AOC is connected to the computer via HDMI and the BenQ is via VGA.

The 730 can barely even manage 3840x2160 and then a second monitor on top? Seems to me like you are perhaps just pushing it too hard. Also, is it a passive card? Driving monitors at different resolutions always increases the temperature of older design cards, so check it's not getting too hot.

Thanks for confirming my suspicion. Looking at replacing my GPU with a MSI Gtx 1050Ti oc 4gb gddr5, that should do the job. Was unaware of the heat scenario created by different resolutions. The dual fans of the Gtx 1050Ti should easily handle that situation.

Update the PSU at the same time.

    Arrrgh!

Updated my GPU to MSI RADEON RX 550 2GT LP OC 2GB GDDR5. Supposedly 4kUHD and dual monitor compliant. Also have a PSU: SHARKOON PUSHPOWER 600W. Still getting BSOD STOP CODE: DPC WATCHCODE VIOLATION with the BenQ @ 1920x1080 and the AOC @ 3840x2160. So I lowered the resolution on the AOC to 2560x1440 and got another BSOD FAILED: NDU.SYS. Disconnecting the BenQ and running the AOC @ 3840x2160, no problemo. Tried to generate a new v2 log to attach to this post from the file: log-collector.lnk (as admin) in V2 log collector 1.09.zip. Ended up getting the attached Screenshot by Lightshot

Run V2 as a regular user. Where are you running it from (full path)? Did you extract files from the zip or are you trying to run from inside the zip?
