    System Service Exception

    Windows 10 build 1909

I have had this BSOD on a kind of regular basis ever since Dell worked on my computer remotely to fix their Dell Support Assist app.

I don't know what I am doing wrong on this screenshot. I have rotated it but it won't stay that way. What it says is:

Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you.
For more information about this issue and possible fixes, visit:
https://www.windows.com/stopcode. If you call a support person give them this info: Stop code: System_Service_Exception.
    What failed? tcpip.sys

I want to add that it never completes the restart. When I get to the point where I have the big, white Dell logo on the black screen it just sits there, so when I reach that point I force a restart. It seems to be happening more frequently because it just happened two days ago and now again tonight.

I hesitate to have them work on it again. I hope someone here can offer me some help. Thank you.

I see you downloaded the V2 log collector zip file, and then attached it.

Please extract the V2 log collector, then open the shortcut to run the V2 log collector.

Sorry. I had already extracted it and ran it but attached the wrong folder. I am attaching the correct one.

The 6/26 dump shows a problem with mwac.sys which belongs to malwarebytes MBAMWebProtection.

I suggest you uninstall malwarebytes and see if the problem goes away. If that resolves the problem, post in the Malwarebytes forum, follow their instructions for reporting problems there.

    Edit: I also see this:
    Code:
    ffff8188`ceffdbc8 fffff807`8d33a5e5Unable to load image \SystemRoot\System32\drivers\Qcamain10x64.sys, Win32 error 0n2

See if you can find an updated driver for your Qualcomm QCA9377 802.11ac Wireless Adapter.

Thanks to everyone for the help here.
I would have no idea where to look or how to select the correct driver if I did find something. Drivers are something I stay away from messing with on my own.

I will go to MBAM forum and post there.

I'm confused about why you posted Driver Update Site:
Download - Page not found – Killer Networking | Killernetworking | Killer Control Center
    Support - Submit A Ticket – support.killernetworking.com

You have a Qualcomm QCA9377 802.11ac Wireless Adapter. Looks like you have the latest driver available from 8/8/2019.

Emsisoft appears to be installed. Even though Malwarebytes officially is able to run alongside most AV solutions, there's always a possibility of a conflict.

Reinstall Malwarebytes or Emsisoft, that may resolve it.

Missed that, definitely installed: Emsisoft Anti-Malware 18.8.1.8923 Emsisoft Ltd. 20180914

If twas me I would uninstall it and see how things go. Windows Defender has better rankings.
