    System Service Exception

    Hi,

I have been getting lots of BSOD recently and I think its due to the HID-Complaint headset driver but I can't seem to find the exact problem.

I have uploaded the log file from the V2 Log checker listed in the stickied thread. Attachment 285278

    Thanks for your time.

Just realised my system recovery dump wasn't set to complete. I have now applied this change and restarted my computer. Do I need to wait for another crash in order to get a more comprehensive dump?

BSOD problem because of razer is common, you can start updating drivers on bellow link:

I have tried downloading this before resetting my windows and it did not seem to work. However, I have downloaded razer synapse from the link and I will give an update in 24 hours (or next crash).
    Thanks for your reply.

Problem is that removing or catching razer drivers is usually not easy to do, the last dump does not reveal much,
so to catch it please enable driver verifier, read instruction bellow carefully.
Driver verifier will catch the driver and generate more useful output:

I enabled the driver verifier and as soon as it started it got stuck into a BSOD loop. Had to go into safe mode to disable it. Each time it was the AMDRyzenMasterDriver. I have uploaded the results from the log collector again.

    Thanks for your time.

Update BIOS - ROG Strix X570-F Gaming Driver & Tools | Motherboards | ASUS Global
Update AMD chipset driver - https://www.amd.com/en/support/chips...ocket-am4/x570
Regarding AMDRyzenMasterDriver.sys, this is your Asus Ai Suite III driver, if you don't need this program then uninstall it and remove any drivers after it

Yes, these dumps are all related to AMDRyzenMasterDriver, however updating them doesn't have to be a solution, somebody reports reinstalling works, for others reinstalling system works.

for example see bellow 2 threads:
amd ryzen master driver.sys crashed - CPUs, Motherboards, and Memory - Linus Tech Tips
AMD Ryzen Master Blue Screen | Community

Who suggested updating the AMDRyzenMasterDriver driver? For clarity, I proposed updating the motherboard chipset drivers to improve hardware performance (after all, the motherboard chipset is responsible for the stable operation of the computer components), and the AMDRyzenMasterDriver driver is not part of the motherboard chipset, and (in the case of OP) part of the Asus AI program Suite III which I think you do not need OP, but it depends on him whether he will uninstall this program or explain it with Asus

I updated the BIOS and chipset to the latest versions and also uninstalled AISuite3. I reenabled driver verifier to see if I could get past the login screen and this time it blue screens with ASI02.sys as the driver error. I can't seem to trace where this comes from? I have attached the logs as always.

Actually I wanted to suggest this but didn't, sorry for confusion.

There driver that was caught is from 2017:

    Realtek Asio Component
    1.0.0.4
    19/06/2017

I'm not sure where to get new one, maybe bellow link, I don't know, consider removing if no update found.
PC Audio Codecs > High Definition Audio Codecs Software - REALTEK

The genuine AsIO.sys file is a software component of Asus PC Probe by ASUS.
ASUS PC Probe is a utility software used for hardware device management which is often preinstalled on computers manufactured by ASUS. AsIO.sys is a driver that is necessary for the proper functioning of ASUS PC Probe. This file is not a critical Windows file and can be removed if known to create problems.
