i did DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth then i did sfc /scannow. it said corrupted files have been fixed. this is link to cbs.log which was generated:-

1) i don't want to update the bios by myself. it's risky because if i screw up my computer will spoil
2) i know that my windows is old. later on i will format and put new windows build
3) unfortunately the dmp file got deleted on its own. i am not using tools like cccleaner, storage sense is off and my hard disk space is not low. how do i stop it from getting deleted on its own?
did you analyze the log file i attached?
what is the corrupted windows file the got fixed? it should mention name in cbs.log. can the corrupted windows file cause bsod?

Regarding automatic deletion of dmp files, enter "This computer" at the search bottom and click the PPM icon and select Properties, then "Advanced system settings", "Advanced" tab and click the Settings button in the "Performance" section then in the "System failure" section "uncheck" Disable automatic deletion of memory dumps when there is not enough disk space "

What is your type of saving dumps? The "Automatic memory dump" setting is recommended

Isn't that the same as saying delete memory dumps when disk space is low?Seems to me you would want that disabled.

Memory and drivers are the main cause of the 1e Bsods. See here: How to fix bluescreen 0x0000001e errors
For the 133 Bsods, in general this stop code is caused by faulty driver code that under certain conditions, does not complete its work within the allotted time frame.
Test RAM and run Driver Verifier as follows:

Both of these are diagnostic tools designed to test Random Access Memory (RAM) for faults. They will verify that:
- RAM will accept and keep random patterns of data sent to it
- There are no errors when different parts of memory try to interact
- There are no conflicts between memory addresses
They run from bootable media to isolate the RAM from the system, no other components are taken into account during the test.
Warning
MemTest86+ and Memtest86 need to run for at least 8 passes to be anywhere near conclusive, anything less will not give a complete analysis of the RAM. The new version of Memtest86 only allows 4 passes for the free version so run it twice, back to back.
If you are asked to run MemTest86+ or Memtest86 by a Ten Forums member make sure you run the full 8 (or 4+4) passes for conclusive results. If you run less than 8 passes you will be asked to run it again.
Note
Both of these diagnostics has been known to discover errors in RAM in later passes than the eighth pass. This is for information only; if you feel there is a definite problem with the RAM and 8 passes have shown no errors feel free to continue for longer.
Running 8 passes of MemTest86+ or 4+4 passes of Memtest86 is a long and drawn out exercise and the more RAM you have the longer it will take. It's recommended to run it overnight, starting just before you go to bed and leave it overnight.

Run Driver Verifier
Driver Verifier-- tracking down a mis-behaving driver.
Following the instructions in the above link will check for problems in all non-Microsoft drivers.
What we're looking for is a verifier generated BSOD with a mini dump that will tell us what driver caused it. If you get a BSOD, rerun the V2 log collector as soon as possible and upload the resulting zip file. Also see if there is a new C:\Windows \MEMORY.DMP file. If there is, copy it to another location then zip it an upload to a file sharing site like OneDrive and post a link to it here.
To check if verifier is active, open a Command Prompt and enter:
verifier /query
If not active it will respond with
No drivers are currently verified.

i have a bunch of old drivers. instead of doing device driver verifier to trigger blue screens on old\bad drivers i prefer to update my outdated drivers by doing windows update. these are the drivers that windows update updated:-

Hope you are doing image backups of your current install. The best way to do this is to use Macrium Reflect Free to make an image backup to an external hard drive. If you don't have an external hard drive now is a good time to get one as regular backup should be a part of your normal process. You can get a 1TB external hard drive for $60 (less if on sale).
This is something you should have already been doing, but if not, start doing it now. It will save you from data loss and save a lot of time fixing difficult to fix problems.
i am using macrium reflect and i am making full backup of the hard disk that has windows and i am doing full backup every couple of months after i update some things in the laptop
i think i know why i got the bsod on my laptop. it's an alienware 17 r5 laptop. i hadn't updated any system files or drivers in one month. also there are no memory defects. thus something else caused the bsod. the program throttlestop was running in the background when i got the bsod and i think my undervolt value caused the bsod. i use throttlestop to undervolt so temperature is less in demanding games. it's known that if you put an unsuitable undervolt value then you will get a bsod
in dec\jan my undervolt value was -119mv and i left throttlestop running in the background when i wasn't playing any games and all was ok and i didn't get any bsod. now it's nearly july and it looks like the value -119mv has become unsuitable for me and someone told me that's because the silcone in the cpu transistor degrades over time so i need to lower the undervolt value. i made it -100mv and i will just run throttlestop when i am playing a game and i will exit throttlestop after i finish playing
