Hi all,
Been having PC freezes for a few weeks now, almost every day. It only happens while I'm NOT gaming, however. I can play hours of intense games without a freeze. But usually when I'm watching Youtube or browsing, I'll get a complete desktop, mouse, keyboard freeze and then reset (no BSOD) within around an hour at near-idle activity.
I've tried the following with no issues or crashes:
DISM/SFC
Furmark
HCI memtest (to 750%)
Mersenne
CrystalDisk
Update all drivers I can think of, including chipset and BIOS
Thanks!
Matt

Hey, ya it was actually the Nvidia software. I used NVcleanstall to only install the graphics card, no HD audio or anything and I haven't had a single crash.
