Ok so now I have upgraded the Wireless-AC 7260 driver through Intel's WiFi_21.10.1_PROSet64_Win10.exe package.The AC 7260 driver went from 18.33.14.3 (2018-09-03) to 18.33.17.1 (2019-04-29).

The 9F bugcheck happened again today.
Zip file with new dump attached. I removed the previous dumps from the zip to save space.
Does the stacks in the new dump show any devices with problems?
(and yes the O2Micro device has stayed disabled in Device Manager)

How do you connect to the internet? Via LTE modem what do you have in your laptop or something? Turn off the LTE modem (I suppose you have the appropriate button on your laptop, and if not through the Device Manager) and see if the laptop also crashes to you

Ok, I currently don't use the LTE modem so will disable in Device Manager (no hardware buttons though).

Were any devices mentioned in the latest dump?

In the last screenshot, all the IRPs that I caught related to Microsoft drivers (actually to drivers from Hyper-V and from Microsoft Adapter Network Multiplexor), there were also IRP drivers from USB and above all IRP referring to the Microsoft driver responsible for WWAN connectivity, therefore in my opinion the LTE modem you have doesn't work properly

Ah, I realized I can disable the LTE modem ("WWAN") in BIOS Setup. Now done that and the EM7305 device is gone altogether from Device Manager.

The 9F bugcheck happened again last night. This time though I was doing S4 hibernate by pressing power button and not S3 sleep triggered by closing the lid. I thought hibernate wasn't as picky on device power management as sleep?
Sleep has been feeling a little snappier since disabling the modem so I was starting to get my hopes up.

This time I did the normal laptop close lid triggering S3 sleep. Hyper-V guest running.
