BSOD Driver Irql Not Less or Equal, need help

    (WIndows 10 OS Build 18362.836)

So I just got my laptop (My laptop is a Dell Inspiron 5459) a new hdd, since my old hdd was at like 9k bad sectors, 4% health. Now my current hdd is running without problems, but suddenly, while playing Valorant (idk if relevant), I got into a BSOD saying System Thread Exception Not Handled, and then Driver IRQL Not Less or Equal. and here I'll also attach a pic of Bluescreenview of the dump file. For reference, I also tried updating the intel drivers, both GPU and CPU (i5-6200u and Intel(R) HD Graphics 520, and windows said drivers are up to date.

Another bsod, less files - Album on Imgur

If needed, I have uploaded the dump files here: Google Drive: Sign-in

Could you change the permissions of files uploaded to Google Drive so that I can download them?

Replace (or uninstall) WinPcap with Npcap - Download the Free Nmap Security Scanner for Linux/Mac/Windows

Done, seems like its working :> although monitoring it now. And I noticed something, whenever I lose internet, I hear the sounds of BSOD, like the error sound, but no BSOD, the laptop just lags and sounds like in an error but it doesn't crash.

Other than that lagging-when-losing-net thing, there are no BSOD as of now.
