Sorry for the delay in response. I am a student and today had the last exam for this school year.

Am I correct when I say the Pny cs1311 SSD is the boot drive?

Regarding the M.2 drive, only since a short while am I aware that SeaTools supports SSDs officially. As far as I know SeaTools didn't support SSDs with SATA connection (properly) for a long time. I suspect SeaTools doesn't yet support M.2 drives and therefore can't detect it yet. I also suspect the same might apply to external drives.

Before you continue with anything else, I advise to make a backup of the data from the Pny SSD. I believe it needs to be replaced.

There's very little that you could mess up, the main thing someone may mess up is the preparations of the test itself. You were able to successfully boot to SeaTools so no problems with preparations. Within SeaTools there really are only a few buttons to click to run any of the tests and from the screenshots you uploaded everything appears to be fine.

I'm not sure if imaging would be a good idea. From the screenshots SeaTools makes an assumption of the possible reason of the error(s) because it's common with hard drives. With SSDs, however, it's different. As I cannot see a reason for the failed test I do not know what the problem is, therefore I do not know whether it's safe or not safe to use Macrium Reflect.

My suggestion, you can use Macrium Reflect to make an image, but do not solely rely on Macrium in case something goes wrong resulting in corrupted files. On top of Macrium, also perform a manual backup by copying files and documents that you want to keep to another (external) drive.
