I have an asus laptop, and since i bought it randomly gives me a BSOD with the message Thread stuck in device driver
this is the file the diagnostic tool gave me (the forum diagnosic tool)

Where is the zip file? I don't see that, just the individual files that should be in the zip file.

Thanks for uploading the zip. It has only 1 dmp file in it. If this has been going on for awhile there should be more.

This is strange since msinfo32 shows you have NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 and AMD Radeon(TM) RX Vega 10 Graphics, no Intel.
Please run dxdiag from a Run box (Windows key + R, type dxdiag and press Enter).
Click on Save all information then wait for it to complete. It will create DxDiag.txt file. Upload here please.

I made a scan a month back, since i don't use the computer that much it probably the other dmp files got deleted like a temp file or something

I updated the drivers downloaded from the MyASUS software and made sure they are up to date. The chipset driver instalation from the MyAsus page failed. So i downloaded it from the page you linked and installed succesfully. BIOS update was downloaded from the MyAsus software as well and installed succesfully
Since the crash is random, i'll wait and let you know if it happens again
