Crashing completely at random cant figure out if its laptop or sorfwar

My laptop is crashing seemingly at random. It can be when i'm playing games or just on the web browser. I know its not overheating as I have monitored the heat levels and they never hit a worrying temp. When i'm playing a game like a first person shooter I can tell right before it crashes because I will lose control of my guy and he will have a spaz attack or seem like he is on fire, then immediately crash. It never has a blue screen, it just turns off. It can be days without crashing and then it can happen multiple times a day. Also I think it might be linked to either Steam as it seems to crash a lot when dealing with it. Or just the internet in general, because when i'm downloading something it seems to crash more often too.

do you have an nvidia graphic card ? if so uninstall GeForce experience as it will clash with windows 10 driver updating, best to just let windows manage it.......

There is nothing in the logs you posted, are you actually encountering BSODs?
