    Done.

I at one point installed an old AMD video card it an attempt to see if it was the video card glitching. It was inconclusive though as while yes BSOD's still happened they were to do with an amd specific file and it went away after I switched back. So when I used DDU I also told it to get rid of anything from AMD GPU's as well as the NVIDIA ones.

While I was in the process of downloading DDU and the newest video card drivers I got a whole chain of BSOD's in a row when and they kept happening while loading into windows before the login screen. Would reboot cycle about 6-7 times odd thing was for these it would not wait at the bsod screen for me to reboot it would turn off ( even CPU fan would turn off for half a second then restart.

Was worrying me so I turned the system off unplugged everything including the three external drives, only used one of my basic 1920x1080 screens, even my fancy gaming keyboard and mouse and switched to a basic one of each I had.

Once that was done I turned back on and it then did the whole repair thing and I loaded a restore point.

after that I did the DDU and installed the video card I kept using the basic gear for a bit but then got another BSOD, Took a photo ( attached) but when I loaded back in there was no new dmp file from the 31st no can't send that. I did redo the v log though after video card changes also attached. Thanks for all the help so far.

Read these links on Windows driver verifier:

    a) learn how to use the Windows Recovery Environment (RE) commands: reset and bootmode to turn off the tool

    b) do not use the tool until it is communicated in the thread

I've gone over the instructions and I think I can follow them.

I've played around with verifier in the past but the instructions then were to check all but a few select options not just the three below mention on the link. Issue with the way I did it before is I would get hard freezes where I would need to hard reboot to get past them which did not leave much behind in terms of dmp or event logs and such.

    I/O Verification
    Force pending I/O requests
    IRP logging

Let me know what your wanting me to try.

Windows driver verifier is designed to stress test drivers.

If there are misbehaving drivers the computer will crash.

If dump files are created they can be debugged.

Misbehaving drivers are then uninstalled or uninstalled and reinstalled.

The tool is run for approximately 48 hours and then an additional 36 hours after the last BSOD.

If there are no further BSOD this concludes the use of the tool.

After each BSOD you must turn off the tool in order to return to the desktop.

Learn the Windows RE commands reset and bootmode.

These are ran in safe mode or safe mode with command prompt.

In case these fail the next option is system restore.

If system restore fails you can restore a backup image or use registry commands.

Start the tool with the 3 customized test settings in the Ten Forums link.

Increase the simultaneous customized test settings by 3 - 5 / hour up to the 19 customized test settings in the Microsoft link.

There can be performance problems and / or slow boot while using the tool.

If necessary the customized test settings can be modified.

    Summary:
    a) make a new restore point
    b) test all non-Microsoft drivers
    c) test no Microsoft drivers
    d) after each BSOD use the reset command to turn off the tool
    e) if the reset command does not work then use the bootmode command
    f) only if both reset and bootmode command fail to turn off the tool then use restore
    g) start with the 3 customized test settings in the Ten Forums link
    h) increase the customized test settings by 3 - 5 / hour up to the 19 customized test settings in the Microsoft link
    i) report any performance problems or very slow boot so that the customized settings can be modified

    Update,

added to thread yesterday but not seeing it so will remake, made up a new v-log.

    Anyway turned on verifier using

    I/O Verification
    Force pending I/O requests
    IRP logging

picking all the non microsoft drivers like listed in that link ( drivers in question in screen shots) attacked minidump and the link to the larger one to go over is at this link : Microsoft OneDrive - Access files anywhere. Create docs with free Office Online.

Had another few bsod's that did not create dump files one was a new one DPC Watchdog Violation another is driver overran stack buffer.

Going to turn verifier back on.

Increase the number of customized tests by 5 and increase by 3 - 5 / hour up to the 19 displayed in the Microsoft link.
