What were the steps that you made?
Install the file in the link, steps 2 and 5 - 8
Drag and drop MEMORY into downloads (giving permission)
Right-click, "reset permissions"
Then started the upload and it worked just fine. Canceled upload when I saw it was going to take 30 minutes, compressed into zip folder, and am uploading that

Run the HP UEFI hardware diagnostics overnight using loop until error (see earlier post for instructions).
The next day run the video component tests (some interactive).
Post images of tests performed and results into the thread.
The memory dump file is downloading.
Report any findings in the BIOS to selectively turn on or off Intel GPU or Nvidia GPU.
1) Make a new restore point:
Create System Restore Point in Windows 10
2) Start Windows driver verifier with the 3 customized settings in the TF link:
Enable and Disable Driver Verifier in Windows 10
3) Increase the settings by 3 - 5 / hour up to the 19 simultaneous customized settings in the Microsoft link:

4) For any BSOD:
a) run the V2 log collector to collect new log files
b) open file explorer> this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for: C:\Windows\memory.dmp
> if the file size is < 1.5 GB then zip > post a separate share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive
