The computer problems appear to be related to Video and more information may be available viewing the memory dump.
If misbehaving drivers are identified they can be replaced.
If there are recurrent misbehaving drivers different versions can be tested.
And if multiple driver versions misbehave the hardware needs to be tested.
If the hardware is malfunctioning then that would need HP or a repair shop.
See if you can right click to move the memory dump file to the desktop or the downloads folder.
If it allows the movement to another location then upload a share link using one drive, drop box, or google drive.
The computer can be upgraded to the May 2020 windows version using windows update or by an in place upgrade repair.

Reinstalling Windows requires reinstalling drivers and applications.
This can be time consuming and can be used as an option to rule out problems related to Windows.
It could be performed later if necessary.
See if you can clean dust from the computer vents and fans.
Look in the BIOS, and Nvidia control panel for options / settings to use only Intel GPU and only Nvidia GPU.
