Several random BSODs for the last few weeks, including Windows Update
I've been getting random BSODs for the last few days, maybe even a week or two.
I've updated Windows a few days ago and ever since I started getting BSODs on a daily basis, if not multiple BSODs per day.
The BSODs I've been experiencing have been different but mostly the same ones:
- KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
- KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE
- DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
- IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
- SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
I ran RAM memory check which found no problems, andsfc /scannow
which found corrupted files and allegedly fixed them.
WhoCrashed says that ntoskrnl.exe probably caused the C:\Windows\Minidump crashes and C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP says that ntkrnlmp.exe caused it.
My PC specs:
- OS: Windows 10 Home 64-bit (Version 1909, OS Build 18363.815)
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 3700X Box
- Motherboard: Gigabyte B450 AORUS ELITE
- Memory: Corsair 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3600MHz C18 VENGEANCE® LPX
- Graphics Card(s): Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER GAMING OC 8G GV-N207SGAMING OC-8GC

This is so infuriating, especially since this PC is fairly new (barely a year old).
Help is much appreciated!
