Homebuilt Dual proscessor rig random BSOD, WHEA uncorrectable error

So this has been an issue for quite awhile, a minor annoyance before when it maybe crashed once a week, it is now crashing once a day almost, however it's pretty random, no real rhyme or reason. at one point it seemed to only happen if i was protein folding, though not always, now it will just be idling along and crash, with the error code "WHEA uncorrectable error"
    swapped video cards, no change
have gone through and pulled all the ram dimms 3 at a time, no change
at one point in the past had psu issues with the computer crashing straight to black, remedied with a new PSU, so doesn't seem likely
Stablebit shows the drives as fine
    no overclocking currently
at this point I'm worried it's more or less down to software incompatibility or the motherboard

    documents attached,
System is a dual x5680 xeons
    EVGA SR2
48gb Gskill ripjaws ddr3-1600 (3 dimms were pulled out at the time of running the log, for troubleshooting)
    GTX980
    Windows version 10.0.18363 build 18363

Thanks for any help/interpretation of this odd set of circumstances

These BSOD errors are all hardware related and consistently indicate a PCI Express Error. It could be the motherboard but what PCI Express cards do you have installed, have any of these been changed or updated recently?

I'll update with exact models when I get back home from work, but I have a raid card (acting as additional sata ports), Bluetooth card, and USB 3.0 expansion card, all of these were added/switched out around Christmas, so it's possible one is the culprit.
as far as bios update, i thought it was on the latest version, but from my memory it had a 2010 dated bios revision, and a58 is newer than that, I'll check once I get back.

on the bios, looks like whenever I changed stuff around at Christmas, I bumped the bios selector to #2, which is why it wasn't updated, so that's all up to date now.
    card #'s
Drive card LSI 9201, flashed with SAS2 2116
    bluetooth/wifi card is a AX200NGW
    and USB card is https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

the computer ran overnight folding, so we'll see, it'd be really nice if the bios update fixed it...

A PCIe 0x124 crash is quite directive, it looks like the chipset driver is causing problems.
If the BIOS update doesn't help, update or reinstall the chipset drivers.

updated drivers, no real change, going to go through pci devices in the next couple days and flip-flop things around.
been a bit hectic, but now on furlough for the next 3 weeks so should have time to work on some stuff
