    BSOD every few days 'DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL'


    I've been getting this bluescreen pretty much since I built the computer I think, not sure why, I attached the output of the log-program-thing like instructed.
    First time posting, hope I'm doing this correctly.

    Hi LordBucket,

    Welcome to the Ten Forums BSOD forum.

    Please perform the following steps:

    1) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    2) sfc /scannow
    3) dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
    4) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    5) sfc /scannow
    6) chkdsk /scan
    7) wmic recoveros set autoreboot = false
    8) wmic recoveros set DebugInfoType = 7
    9) wmic recoveros get autoreboot
    10) wmic recoveros get DebugInfoType
    11) bcdedit /enum {badmemory}

    12) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

    13) Make sure that there is no over clocking while troubleshooting

    14) Uninstall: Driver Easy

    15) Increase the free space on C: to > 30 GB

    16) Uninstall and reinstall: RTKVHD64.sys

    17) Create a new restore point:
    Create System Restore Point in Windows 10


    18) The BIOS: Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. F3, 3/1/2018

    Upgrade the BIOS to the most up to date non-beta BIOS:
    Z370M DS3H (rev. 1.0) | Motherboard - GIGABYTE U.S.A.

    Always make free backup images.

    The computer has no restore points > make one now

    I accidentally closed the command prompt after completing the first 11 steps in it so I can't send the results, however, after the first command it did say it found some corrupt files and fixed them. I'm sorry I can't send you the results.

    They can be ran again.

    Run this administrative command prompt command first.
    Find the new text file on the desktop > post a share link into the thread

    findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log >%userprofile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt
