What's the best way to find, uninstall, and reinstall these two drivers?

The last 3 crashes were without the use of Windows driver verifier.

    Please start the tool.

    True.

This morning I installed Intel Rapid Storage Technology, after reading some posts that it helped people with my issue. I installed it, and since then I have not seen crashes after sleep.
