    Hello, axe0,

    I have not yet fixed the issue, but please note that I have not yet upgraded the BIOS as Schoby recommended. I will upload the zip file again once that happens, and let you know if anything has changed.

    Thank you very much, all of you, for your many helpful replies.

    Upgrading the BIOS (as Schoby did) fixed the problem; I no longer have any issues.
