Was the in place upgrade repair completed successfully?
    Was the BIOS upgraded?
How come there are two startup and recovery images with different displayed settings?

The startup and recovery settings were different for Automatically restart.
Please indicate whether the box is checked or unchecked.

    Please test all drives.

Please remove the Sea Tools for Windows failed drive.

Make sure the Crucial CTS12MX is tested with HD Tune as well as the remaining drives.
After the HD Tune tests change the cable and repeat the HD sentinel tests.

Evaluate computer stability / instability once all problematic drives are removed.

Please confirm that this is the Windows drive: Samsung SSD 860 QVO 1TB
