Twice so far today: BSOD says Win32k power watchdog timeout

I had a Win32k power watchdog timeout BSOD twice today. I noticed it after I awakened my laptop from Sleep. The most recent software update that I recall concerns my graphics card, apparently it's an Intel UHD Graphics 620 and was done a couple of days before I experienced the BSOD problem.

    I run Windows 10 Pro v. 1909 OS Build 18363.752 on a Dell Inspiron 5482.

I attach the relevant information and I would appreciate any help.

Did you do a manual update of the Intel Graphics driver or was it automatic through Windows Update?

When you suspect a recent driver update to be the problem the simplest thing to do is rollback the driver in Device Manager to the previous version and then see if this cures the problem.

Right click on the Start menu button and select Device Manager.
Select the graphics card under Display Adaptors and look at its properties (right click to select Properties)
On the driver tab in Properties select the Roll Back Driver button.

Note: You can prevent devices from automatically updating by following the tutorial below.

The update notification came up out of the blue, not as a Windows Update. I just accepted the option to proceed with the update.

Thank you for the possible course of action to do a driver roll back. I'll wait a little longer and if the problem arises again, then I'll do it. It has been a few hours since the last BSOD, the laptop automatically went to sleep a couple of times, but thankfully I haven't had a recurrence of the BSOD so far. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Update Intel UHD Graphics driver - Download Intel(R) Graphics - Windows(R) 10 DCH Drivers
Uninstall Devolo driver (part of Devolo cockpit so uninstall this program)
    Update BIOS - https://www.dell.com/support/home/pl...-2-in-1-laptop

MrPepka thanks to your suggestion I went to the Dell Updates website and made several updates that apparently were outstanding. Hopefully the problem will be resolved.

The logs displayed problems with the drives.

    1) Run HD Tune (free version) (all drives)
    HD Tune website
Post images into the thread for results on these tabs:
    a) Health
    b) Benchmark
    c) Full error scan

    2) Run Sea Tools for Windows
    long generic test
Post an image of the test result into the thread

    3) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    chkdsk /r /v
This may take hours to run so plan to run overnight.
Run on all drives using the syntax: chkdsk /r /v C: or chkdsk /r /v D: changing the drive letter to the applicable drive.

    C:\Windows\system32>chkdsk /r /v
The type of the file system is NTFS.
    Cannot lock current drive.

Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another
process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be
checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)

    Type: Y
    reboot

    4) Use the information in this link to find the chkdsk report in the event viewer.
Copy and paste into notepad > save to desktop > post into the thread using one drive or drop box share link:
Read Chkdsk Log in Event Viewer in Windows 10 Windows 10 Performance Maintenance Tutorials
Read Chkdsk Log in Event Viewer in Windows 10

    5) These tests can be performed overnight:
    a) HD Tune Full error scan
    b) Sea Tools for Windows long generic test
    c) Chkdsk /r /v

I have Hard Disk Sentinel installed. The program reports 91% health for my C drive and 98% or 100% for all other disks that I have attached to my laptop.Would running a "hardware self test" using Hard Disk Sentinel be a decent substitute for the tasks that you suggested?

Please run the steps in the earlier post and if necessary HD Sentinel can be ran.
It is preferred not to run HD Sentinel as it can hide the bad blocks (they may not be detected by HD Tune).

    Code:
    Event[3450]:
      Log Name: System
      Source: disk
      Date: 2020-03-18T08:56:06.320
      Event ID: 7
      Task: N/A
      Level: Error
      Opcode: N/A
      Keyword: Classic
      User: N/A
      User Name: N/A
      Computer: DESKTOP-EB7BM9K
      Description:
The device, \Device\Harddisk0\DR0, has a bad block.

Please test all drives with each:
    a) HD Tune
    b) Sea Tools for Windows
    c) chkdsk /r /v

The chkdsk switches can take substantial time on larger size drives.
The best chkdsk switches for the drive(s) with bad blocks are chkdsk /b /v
Again, it can take a long time to run but is the deepest test.

    Chkdsk /r /v C:

    Code:
Correcting errors in the master file table's (MFT) BITMAP attribute.
Correcting errors in the Volume Bitmap.

Windows has made corrections to the file system.
