Hello people. DSOD freezing before collecting any data

As in the title guys im getting random crashes, sometimes the pc freezes with the screen fuzzy and sound buzzing, sometimes its a BSOD wich also freezes (no sound) but sticks on 0% data collected. This happens playing games and also when idle.

    Bios is upto date
    wind 10 update is on/updated
    all drivers have been updated

    system is.
    Ryzen 5 3600
    Asus Prime x570-p mobo
    16gb Corsair DDR4 3000MHz Ram
    XFX RX 5700 ultra GPU
    Corsair HX 850 modular psu

    (all at stock speeds)

tried troubleshooting myself but without getting any dump files im stuck.

there is no memory dump files, the pc crashes then freezes on 0% collecting data. I have to hard shutdown with finger on the power button.

ok so i think i found my problem.
I was useing my HyperX cloud 2 headphones and getting regular freezes/crashes. I have now removed the headphones and drivers, and the pc is acting normally, Ive never had a crash so far after removing them. Hopefully that was the culprit. I have run Prime95 for 4 hrs without a fault, and going to run cinabench and MemTest86. just to be sure.
just to let anyone know how may have the HyperX cloud 2 headphones and are getting crashes.
