    Random BSOD's with Random errors.

hi community, let me get straight to the point. My laptop is having random bsod's. These all point somewhat to different errors and are not the same. So far I got 4 different bugchecks. It happens at very random moments ( watching youtube, browsing on the internet etc. )

What have I done so far?
    - ran sfc /scannow
    - ran chkdsk /scan
    - ran dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
    - ran dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    - Enabled driver verifier with all standard settings on - that caused my laptop to bsod, had to get into safe mode to turn the verifier off.

I ran the V2 Collector log - see attachment here. Attachment 272858
    laptop's running version 1909.

    Any help or suggestions ?

    Hi Ouahib12,

The logs were in a foreign language and could not be scanned.

Please use English as the default language and upload a new V2.

Some steps that were previously performed may be repeated.

    1) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    2) sfc /scannow
    3) dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
    4) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    5) sfc /scannow
    6) chkdsk /scan
    7) wmic recoveros set autoreboot = false
    8) wmic recoveros set DebugInfoType = 7
    9) wmic recoveros get autoreboot
    10) wmic recoveros get DebugInfoType
    11) bcdedit /enum {badmemory}

    12) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

    13) Make sure that there is no over clocking while troubleshooting.

    14) Download and install each:
    a) HP softpaq download manager > update drivers
    b) HP support assist > update drivers

From what I can see, you have one 4GB memory DIMM installed:
    Kingston Laptop Memory HP16D3LS1KBG/4G 4GB DDR3 1600MHz PC3-12800

Test it to see if any problems.

    ===================================================
Up through DDR3, follow this tutorial: MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 10 Forums
DDR4, follow this tutorial: MemTest86 v8.1 Free Memory Testing Tool Review

Both of these are diagnostic tools designed to test Random Access Memory (RAM) for faults. They will verify that:
    • RAM will accept and keep random patterns of data sent to it
    • There are no errors when different parts of memory try to interact
    • There are no conflicts between memory addresses

They run from bootable media to isolate the RAM from the system, no other components are taken into account during the test.

    warning   Warning
MemTest86+ and Memtest86 need to run for at least 8 passes to be anywhere near conclusive, anything less will not give a complete analysis of the RAM. The new version of Memtest86 only allows 4 passes for the free version so run it twice, back to back.

If you are asked to run MemTest86+ or Memtest86 by a Ten Forums member make sure you run the full 8 (or 4+4) passes for conclusive results. If you run less than 8 passes you will be asked to run it again.

    Note   Note
Both of these diagnostics has been known to discover errors in RAM in later passes than the eighth pass. This is for information only; if you feel there is a definite problem with the RAM and 8 passes have shown no errors feel free to continue for longer.

Running 8 passes of MemTest86+ or 4+4 passes of Memtest86 is a long and drawn out exercise and the more RAM you have the longer it will take. It's recommended to run it overnight, starting just before you go to bed and leave it overnight.

Take a picture when done and post in the forum please.

    The logs displayed corruption.
These may or may not be fixed by the steps below.
The logs will need to be scanned after the steps below and several days of use.

    1) make a new restore point
Create System Restore Point in Windows 10

    2) make a free backup image using Macrium and save the image to another drive or the cloud
Macrium Software | Your Image is Everything
Backup and Restore with Macrium Reflect

    3) After both of the above have been completed:
    a) Open services
    b) Windows event logs > right click > disable > ok
    c) Reboot
    d) When the system starts up, several services may fail; a message informing the user to use Event Viewer to review errors may appear
    e) Rename or move the corrupt *.evt file from the following location:
    %SystemRoot%\System32\Config
    f) Re-open services
    g) Re-enable the Windows EventLog service by setting it back to the default of Automatic startup

    4) Find a flash drive that you can format (> or = 8 GB)

    5) Create a bootable Windows 10 iso:
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/soft...load/windows10
    Download Windows 10 ISO File
Create Bootable USB Flash Drive to Install Windows 10

    6) Perform an in place upgrade repair
