    Windows 10 IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL hal.dll+1bd4, ntoskrnl.exe+1d41e9

    Hello,

I have been having BSOD issues with my computer for a while now while playing video games. One of my most common error codes I get on my frequent blue screen is IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. I have tried many things to solve this issue like memory scans, driver updates, and other programs. I have also reinstalled Windows 10 multiple times to fix my issue. The BlueScreenView application I used to analyze the Minidump files, has told me the hal.dll and ntoskrnl.exe are what have been causing my issues. Any help you are able to provide me for fixing this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and have a nice day.

The RAM is overclocked at 2312.

The CPU supports speeds up to 2133.

Please make sure that there is no overclocking during the troubleshooting process.

    1) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    2) sfc /scannow
    3) dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
    4) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    5) sfc /scannow
    6) chkdsk /scan
    7) wmic recoveros set autoreboot = false
    8) wmic recoveros set DebugInfoType = 7
    9) wmic recoveros get autoreboot
    10) wmic recoveros get DebugInfoType
    11) bcdedit /enum {badmemory}

    12) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

    13) Make sure that there is no over clocking while troubleshooting

    14) The installed RAM: CMK16GX4M2A2400C16
was not seen on the MSI Qualified Vendor List (QVL).

It is best to use RAM on the QVL.
