i9-7980xe build and constant BSOD problems

I build a pc with the following,

    CPU - i9 7980xe
    Memory - Ballistix Sport LT 32GB Kit (8GBx4) DDR4 2400 MT/s
    Graphics - (3) EVGA GTX 1070
    SSD - Samsung 960 EVO Series - 1TB PCIe NVMe - M.2 Internal SSD
    PSU - EVGA SuperNOVA 1300G2 ATX12V/EPS12V 1300W 80Plus Gold Power Supply
    OS - Windows 10 Version 10.0.18362 Build 18362

I am getting BSOD just running default settings in BIOS
I have tried play with the settings in the BIOS for overclocking and still getting BSOD

I have attached the dump files. Any ideas why its doing this?

Ok I updated all drivers and I got a crash again. I do not have any pirated software on my machine. Not sure why you would think that.. I attached another log file after this recent crash. Attachment 276204

Is the computer personal or commercial/business/university?

I use it for personal and compiling software for experiments. Thats why I chose the i9 extreme. If something installed you see might be causing the crashing let me know and I can uninstall it and try again.

Ah yes.. I do software compiling. I can't speak of the project or the work due to my type of work. But we make software to detect KMS and other software. If its a problem I can gladly remove it.
