BSOD - PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA - Corrupted C

So, after some problems with my USB C ports a few weeks back, got a new laptop - another spectre, aw0054na - brand new. Should be good right?

got it yesterday and started setting stuff up, today was copying over my previous plex media server data, 7zipped it up and moved it over, as i was unzipping it blue screened with the NONPAGED AREA message. I assumed this was down to my undervolting I did and perhaps after putting it under load (7gb 7z file), it was a bit low. No biggy, can just increase it when it boots back up.

Never did, got stuck at the logging in screen so did a reset with the power button, started booting again, black screen. Tried to go into safe mode and was greeted with a lovely 0xc00000d message, telling me my pc needs to be repaired. Ok, into command prompt, bootrec etc.
/scanos told me it couldn't find any windows installations....weird.

booted into my recovery environment, c drive has a yellow triangle on and when i try to go into it, says corrupted. bcedit managed to identify the windows 10 on c drive though somehow.

try a normal boot again and get into the automatic repair, fails and tells me its made a file on c (srttrail.txt) which I can't even get to because the c drive is corrupt!
the only other weird thing I was doing was trying to boot into a previous macrium image with the ViBoot tool. No reason that would mess up the entire drive though

Anyone have any idea what is going on here???

New computers should not have BSOD.

Contact the manufacturer / vendor for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

If you are unable to RMA then consider clean install.

If there are some important files they can be backed up before the clean install.

Yeah, I've contacted them to tell them what's going on. I agree, a brand new computer shouldn't do this.

Can't back anything up though, can't even access the drive. Luckily I hadn't put anything of importance on there yet, just a pain having to deal with more problems.

There are methods to access the drive that can be attempted with bootable flash drives.

Create a boot USB with Linux Mint or Puppy. Boot from the USB (DO NOT INSTALL), looks just like Windows, copy required data across to portable/external device (or even cloud).
