hi looking after a neibers laptop Ist had a corrupted bios which i manged to upgrade from a USB then did usual check dism sfc

getting bsod etc k mode exception not handled here is zip of v2 hope you can help

hi think so it seemed to have dodgy memory they are of different makes , im going to order another 4 g stick did you find anything in the log, it had 2 x 2 gigs of memory bit only 1.76 gig userble

did a clean a swap around seems ok now , any way did a repler install etc so fingers crossed baz
