Zip included 5 dumps. 2 from the 16th and 3 from the 17th. All are identical.

    Code:
    BAD_POOL_CALLER (c2)
The current thread is making a bad pool request. Typically this is at a bad IRQL level or double freeing the same allocation, etc.
    Arguments:
Arg1: 000000000000000d, Attempt to release quota on a corrupted pool allocation.
    Arg2: ffffcb8fdf41f918, Address of pool
    Arg3: 00000000ffffcb8f, Pool allocation's tag
Arg4: ef143fa3e45e7bd3, Quota process pointer (bad).
    Code:
    DEFAULT_BUCKET_ID: WIN8_DRIVER_FAULT
    PROCESS_NAME: MBAMService.exe
This belongs to Malwarebytes Antimalware. You have
    Malwarebytes version 4.1.0.56 20200305

Uninstall Malwarebytes and run for several days to see if the problem occurs or not. If not then download and install the latest versions and see if all is well or if the problem happens again.

Malwarebytes drivers tend to be a bit cranky - and sometimes don't get along with other, older drivers (especially when the dumps involve networking components as yours do).
Ensure that Bitdefender is updated to the latest version (previous BSOD issues a couple of years ago).
Ensure all other security software is fully updated to the latest version(s).
Ensure you update (or uninstall) the programs associated with:
    - Juniper (driver dates from 2009 and 2014). I suggest uninstalling the software associated with this. If it's needed you can always download a fresh/updated copy.
    - Intel Management Engine (driver dates from 2010) - from system/mobo support page)
    - CD-ROM driver - GEARaspiWDM.sys (? I'm uncertain on this - but it dates from 2012)
    - Gigabyte Ethernet (wired) driver (dates from 2013) - from system/mobo support page.
Ensure all other software is fully updated
Ensure that Windows is fully updated.

Update other programs (I like PatchMyPC for this, it's free: Patch My PC - Patch Management Made Easy )
Ensure that Windows is fully updated - do it manually and double check it!!!

    Good luck!

Hi, Thank you for all the recommendations. I will go through and take care of the items in your list. As my wife needs this computer, I uninstalled Malwarebytes. So far, I haven't heard any complaints of reboots. After doing some research, it looks like Malwarebytes and Bitdefender do not play nicely together.

Since Bitdefender is unnecessary, uninstall it and use Windows Defender. Install the latest Malwarebytes and your wife's system will be in good shape.
