BSOD when running UserBenchmark

    BSOD when running UserBenchmark


    Hi everyone. I have been running UserBenchmark on my laptop (Windows 10 1909 build 18363.693, Asus K55A, intel core i5 3230M, VGA intel HD 4000), then BSOD appeared. Later after the reboot, I tried to run UserBenchmark again and there was no BSOD. Everything is just pretty normal. I just want to see why did it happen, or anything that I can fix. Thank you!

    Excuse me, but did I get it wrong? I use the V2 Log collector and it generated a zip file. I upload it to cloud. Can you tell me in more detail?

    Thank you, I guess I have accidentally turn the share toggle off. I'm sure now it works!

    No piracy or discussion of piracy allowed at all. Such as software, music, videos and other intellectual property violations (e.g. downloading youtube videos locally etc) - it is forum policy that no help shall be given to people who knowingly steal software or services.


    Please remove any pirated / cracked software and tools / methods used to bypass license activation.

    Then submit a new V2.

    I really don't understand. I don't use any pirated software. I just use the log tool V2 to generate the zip file and send it here. UserBenchmark is a free tool.

    The end user should know the methods used to bypass license activation.
    After uninstalling the pirated/ cracked software and removing the methods / tools used to bypass license activation you can upload a new V2.

    Help can be provided after verifying that the cracked software and methods used to crack the license(s) have been removed.

    I understand the rule #4.
    The thing I don't understand is how can you tell my computer has license bypass license tool?
    I plan to have a clean installation (I guess you have read my previous post about installing drivers). Because I don't think the BSOD is too serious since it happened just one time, so I continue the clean installation plan. Yep, so now I can't generate a new V2 log anymore because the old Windows 10 was removed.
    I just keep the minidump file and that log, because I run the v2 tool before I did the Windows installation.
    My Windows has digital license so there's nothing for me to use any pirate tool. I don't know if the zip file can tell it.

    It's possible that English is not my native language so I can't get your idea correctly. If you feel something wrong, I hope you tell me in more detail.
