It looks like a problem with RAM. You wrote that you tested it, but did you replace RAM with another one?
I swapped them out, so there were only two sticks at a time, they were moved into different DIMM slots, tested them with Memtest86 (I think thats what it was called) and I also sent them back to where I bought them to be tested (PC Case Gear) and I was told they had no issues. I don't have any other brand/type of RAM to test in my PC at the moment.
The problems started after I bought more RAM (same model), but reverting back to the original two hasn't fixed the problem. I did think it was the RAM, but I figured I must have been wrong if they were professionally tested and I was told otherwise.. But maybe theres something wrong with them that they didn't detect. I have no idea what the deal is with my PC haha.
I don't remember how long it went for, it was a few months ago. I will run it again now though and let you know :)
Be sure to follow this tutorial for testing RAM:
MemTest86+ - Test RAM
It MUST be run for a minimum of 8 passes - perhaps set it up to run overnight.
I couldn't set it to 8, as I don't pay for the program, anyway, that's no issue because I didn't even get all the way through the test. I can't believe this, but it stopped due to too many errors. I wasn't lying when I said I had previously tested the RAM, so I'm very surprised this has happened. The test was ran overnight, although it only last three hours before it stopped. There are photos attached.
Thanks for your suggestion, I don't know how my RAM apparently was considered fine when I sent them back to the supplier and now they're so full of errors. I am going to get in contact with the supplier again and send them the photos I took of the Memtest86 errors.
Thank you everyone who has helped! :) I'm not glad my RAM is faulty, but at least I know whats wrong with my PC now :)
Before you return the RAM, test one single unit - if it is good then, test that unit again in every single RAM slot so you can rule out any faulty RAM slots on the motherboard.
