    BSOD/Reboots/crashes to desktop while playing 2 specific games


    Greetings!

    My PC experiences BSODs/Reboots/crashes to desktop while playing 2 specific games (Phoenix Point and Warcraft3), other games work fine. Phoenix Point seems to run especially unstable causing a bsod or crash about every 30 minutes on average while warcraft3 sometimes goes up to 3 hours and causes bsod/crashes in general less frequently.



    Windows: Version 1909 (OS Build 18363.657)

    Hello Krambambuli,

    Welcome to TenForums
    Your BIOS looks as if it might be out of date. I could not find your exact version on the current websites but I think it would be worth your while updating it if you can find an exact match for your motherboard.

    The crashes all appear to be related to hardware errors. Try the BIOS update first and if this makes no difference we can explore further.

    Sorry for taking so long to reply.
    I tried to update my BIOS and after contacting GIGABYTE and HYRICAN support it turns out that HYRICAN PCs use motherboards whose BIOS can't be flashed by the customer. So updating BIOS doesn't seem to be an option. Do you have any other suggestions?
