I enabled verifier with those settings, and I was using Windows, waiting for it to BSOD, but it BSOD'd with the "CRITICAL PROCESS DIED" and not the verifier BSOD.

Hello zbook,
Thanks for the reply. I have tried running the log creator but it crashed two times, once in normal Windows and once in safe mode. Both times, it crashed at pretty much the same stage, and before crashing, showed an error box, which said: "C:/Windows/System32/WUDFCoinstaller.dll is either not designed to run on Windows..." before it crashed. I only had time to note down this much. I am attaching both the logs in case they contain any useful information.
Indicate if there is installed any of these non-Microsoft software:
a) antivirus (always on and manual)
b) spyware
c) firewall
d) drive encryption
Run the DM log collector > directly upload into the thread

I only have Windows defender (recently uninstalled McAfee). I don't have any spyware, firewall, or disk encryption on my PC.
Uploading my DM log.

I tried creating a DM log, but it still BSOD'd two times in safe mode, both times at the same stage of the log collector.
It BSOD'd at the "System Information" dialog box, saying that it was "Refreshing system info..." and it does that till "Services", where it was stuck for about 1 minute before the blue screen.
Also, any USB devices do not seem to work in Windows, which is not a hardware issue as Ubuntu detects the devices.
Attaching the DM log.
And if you replace the disk with another one is the same? Maybe there is a problem with the disk?
Sorry, but I didn't understand what you mean by disk. My hard disk drive is working fine.
