Please search for the current memory.dmp and post a share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive.

    For any BSOD:

    a) run the V2 log collector to collect new log files

    b) open file explorer> this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for: C:\Windows\memory.dmp
    > if the file size is < 1.5 GB then zip > post a separate share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

Here is the V2 File and below is the link for the dump.

Thanks again for your patience and guidance here. No crashes yet, very good sign.

FYI, I also uninstalled that wise system monitor program with the way outdated driver.

    1) Please uninstall AVG AV using the applicable uninstall tool:
Install AVG on your PC, Mac | AVG installation files
    http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe

    2) Make sure Microsoft defender is on

    3) AVG can be reinstalled in one week if there are no BSOD or unexpected shutdowns or restarts.

both of those programs are now gone. Is there anything special I should do to make sure the wise driver is off my ssd?
