BSOD every time PC wakes from sleep mode

I wondered if anyone can provide any help with a very frustrating issue I have been having. My system is a fair few years old and I have never had any problems until recently. All of a sudden, a few weeks ago, I noted that every single time my PC wakes from sleep mode it BSOD with "Internal Power Error". I have tried to research this and have attempted every suggested fix to no avail: I have a strong suspicion that it may be related to my USB drivers, but I have re-installed windows and all my drivers, including the USB ones twice and this hasn't resolved this issue. If I disable sleep mode I never get an error and the PC can wake from a full hibernate with no issue. The only other issue I have (that may or may not be related) is that very occasionally one of my usb devices e.g. Headset, Keyboard, Mouse, RGB mousemat will not show as connected and the only way for it to register is to physically pull out the cable and plug it back in to the port.

Any advice would be really appreciated.

You can try disabling all USB device properties to allow the system to power it off to save power.

Ztruker thank you, I already tried that and it still seems to happen. I'll double check it's done for all USB devices.

Apologies I realised I have uploaded the wrong file. I have done a fresh one just now:

There were no dump files collected.

Had any disk cleanup been used or manual cleaning with third party software?

No I haven't used any. I did reinstall windows last weekend again in an attempt to solve it, but it has happened 15 -20 times since then. Are there any settings I need to check?

    Please upload a new V2.

    For any BSOD:

    a) run the V2 log collector to collect new log files

    b) open file explorer> this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for: C:\Windows\memory.dmp
    > if the file size is < 1.5 GB then zip > post a separate share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

Now what is perplexing me is that I can't find any memory dumps whatsoever. I believe my settings to all be in order as shown:

Is this another issue or possibly related?

I have done another scan and included, but again theres no dumps found.

Change "Complete memory dump" to "Automatic memory dump" and trigger blue screen again

    1) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    2) sfc /scannow
    3) dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
    4) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    5) sfc /scannow
    6) chkdsk /scan
    7) wmic recoveros set autoreboot = false
    8) wmic recoveros set DebugInfoType = 7
    9) wmic recoveros get autoreboot
    10) wmic recoveros get DebugInfoType
    11) bcdedit /enum {badmemory}

    12) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

    13) Make sure that there is no over clocking while troubleshooting

    14) How come the beta BIOS, 3503, is in use?

    15) If there is no specific indication for the beta BIOS please revert to the most recent non-beta BIOS: 3003

    14) In the left lower corner search type: system or system control > open system control panel > on the left pane click advanced system settings

    a) > on the advanced tab under startup and recovery > click settings > post an image of the startup and recovery window into the thread

    b) > on the advanced tab under performance > click on settings > on the performance options window > click on the advanced tab > under virtual memory > click on change > post an image of the virtual memory window into the thread

    15) Once the startup and recovery system failure and virtual memory/page file settings are modified and verified please make sure that they are not modified during the troubleshooting process (for example: automatic memory dump should not be changed to complete memory dump)

    16) The RAM is overclocked at 2400.
Make sure the speeds are < or = 1600
