Hello you may want to check your hard drives and file system.
typical approach:
checkdks /f
sfc /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
For testing purposes Uninstall Samsung Magician
You may want to uninstall this Windows update to further troubleshoot issue.

Let me know if this resolves your problem.
chkdsk results:

ok, and what about Samsung Magician and win update?
btw. if you would like to avoid doing this, then just enable driver verifier and try to repro bsod, and send new memory dumps.
Looks like it found something Attachment 264288

That would be caused by this:
Razer Synapse 3 - Cloud-Based Hardware Configuration Tool | Razer United States
for testing purposes remove this software *and* it's driver, and leave driver verifier enabled until
you're sure no new bsod.
otherwise send new dumps.
Alright after uninstalling the razer stuff, I found:
012320-28953-01.7z - Google Drive
Imgur: The magic of the Internet
It also complained earlier today about a similar file being corrupted... hal I believe
uff, man, this razer behaves rather worse than virus!
I don't know how you removed razer but the driver is still present in dump file you sent:
I hope you have windows 10 DVD/USB to start startup repair?Code:3: kd> lmvm RzDev_005c Browse full module list start end module name fffff804`19b30000 fffff804`19b3f000 RzDev_005c T (no symbols) Loaded symbol image file: RzDev_005c.sys Image path: \SystemRoot\System32\drivers\RzDev_005c.sys Image name: RzDev_005c.sys
or at least another computer to prepare installation media for repair?
I removed razer synapse or coretex, whichever one was there in the program removal list in control panel.

Yeah I've tried startup repair numerous times, it comes up empty saying there's nothing to repair.
It has 3 files still there all of which are "in use" upon trying to remove from system32
RzDev_005c.sys
RzDev_0306.sys
RzCommon.sys
and what about system restore? have you tried that?
as explained in driver verifier tutorial:
Then make a System Restore point (so you can restore the system using the Vista/Win7 Startup Repair feature).
