Lenovo C940 BSODs While in Modern Standby

As per the title: When in Modern Standby mode for extended periods, the computer is crashing. I know this from SleepStudy reports I generated. See image below.

    Attachment 264137

This has happened 3 times in the last 4 days (only two of the instances are noted in the image above). The first time was after 1hr in Modern Standby, then again after 14hr, and once again today after 10hr. Notably, as seen in the image above, I tried to use the laptop after it had crashed, restarted, and then gone back to sleep on its own for 7hr, and I could not get the computer to start up again -- it simply wouldn't recognize any trackpad, keyboard, or powerbutton presses. I had to hold the power button for 15 seconds to drain the circuits, then press power again before it would come back on.

I've done the V2 mini dump report and attached for some assistance understanding what's happening.

Please help Lenovo's tech support are being useless, even though this is a new laptop bought direct from them!

    1. Enable Driver Verifier Manager
    2. Select "Create custom settings (for code developers)"
    3. Tick all standard settings and 2 additional settings (force pending i/o request and irp logging)
    4. Select "Select driver names from a list"
    5. Tick all 3rd party drivers
    6. Apply changes and reboot computer

Done. I selected every driver that was not Microsoft. So all Intel drivers, and others.

What's the next step? Do I just wait for it to happen again and get better crash information?

So it didn't crash during the extended standby time today; but I ran a Windows Memory Diagnostic Test this evening. That finished with no errors reported, but then it BSOD'd twice while trying to restart. Third time got me back to Windows... Did it have to do with the original problem, or something else? Who knows...

Attached updated reports. Hopefully this starts to help...

    Wow. That's a serious list.

This is a new Lenovo laptop, shipped direct from Lenovo. They replaced the motherboard a couple weeks ago because they suck at troubleshooting and that was literally their first response to my support case when the computer was not waking from sleep. But as a new stock laptop, these problems shouldn't be there...

They won't take it back now. They're insisting, after the motherboard change (was done on-site as I have on-site warranty) I send it to the depot and let them fix it, but their phone people haven't done any work to diagnose the problem . I trust them to a degree of about 4/10... But maybe that's all I have left of you're saying the Ram is problematic.

I've collected all these logs to my Dropbox account, and intend to use them to hold Lenovo's depot team ot account. Do you think this is possible? Any thoughts on how I can effectively do this? I don't want them to just do a clean reformat of the OS and ship it back. I note that I did a repair reinstall and it worked for a week without a problem, and that's why I'm concerned they'll be satisfied that a reformatted drive was sufficient.

I'm wondering if I can point to the Event Viewer throwing dozens of warnings a day, and maybe 6-12 errors (silently), while Awake and in Standby, as evidence of continuing driver and hardware problems. The BSOD is just a less frequent manifestation of those problems.

Was the Samsung RAM factory installed or replacement RAM?

The Lenovo website displayed the availability of RAM with speeds related to specifications listed for the CPU.

Would've been factory installed, as that hasn't changed.
