It was the same misbehaving driver.
Please find a new driver or use alternative hardware.
ok i deleted that software and redid verifer and it gave me a blue screen saying
verifier detected violation
what failed: iocbios2.sys
but no dumpfiles, it stayed on 0%
It's best to debug a dump file.
The reported driver may or may not have caused the crash.
Uninstall and reinstall:
Code:iocbios2.sys Intel Extreme Tuning Utility Performance Tuning Driver http://downloadcenter.intel.com/
how exactly? i went ot the website and there is a file for software and driver. i downloaded the driver one and it said setup failed. can i just delete the folder in C/programfiles86/ intel/ intel extreme tuning utility?
Uninstall the software using control panel.
This should also uninstall its drivers.
After troubleshooting has completed you can reinstall the software if you overclock:
Download Intel(R) Extreme Tuning Utility - Intel(R) XTU
hmm. i uninstalled via control panel and its still in that folder. and i tried verifier again and it said the same thing.
Others had struggled to get a complete uninstallation.
Try Revo uninstaller:

If it is still incomplete please open a new thread: How to completely uninstall the software.

If BSOD continue without dump files plan several days of testing in safe mode.
