Perform an in place upgrade repair:

After the repair post new images of each startup and recovery system failure and virtual memory/ page file settings.

i did an inplace upgrade on 1/17/20 via an ISO file. do you want me to do it again?

its been stable with verifier for roughly 20 mins so far.

It's still failing to create dump files.

Increase the number of simultaneous customized tests by 3 - 5 if there are no performance or boot problems.

Post new images of each startup and recovery system failure and virtual memory/ page file settings.

Another in place upgrade repair and / or clean install may need to be performed.

Uncheck the first 3 and restart with the new 5.

Over the next 48 hours try any combination of the above customized tests so that all non-Microsoft drivers are exposed to the different tests. (Add and remove as needed)

well after retrying with those first 5 it actually gave me a full blue screen and said

driver irql not less or equal
what failed: WppRecorder.sys
although it stayed at 0% , i let it sit there for a good 10 minutes but nothing changed and it still did not make any dump files.

How long did it take after the tool was started?

It likely will take many attempts.

And a clean install "vanilla type" may be required.

Are there files that need to be backed up or are you able to perform a clean install?
