Overnight run chkdsk /b /v on the Windows drive.
This is the deepest test / fix / recovery for the drive.
It can take substantial time.
For Ccleaner uncheck:
a) Memory dumps
b) Windows log files
Ran another chkdsk on OS drive last night. Results are below.
Still running HD Tune error scans on all hard drives but there are many large ones so it's taking a long time. Are the full length error scans necessary or would quick ones suffice?

Windows has finished checking your disk.
Please wait while your computer restarts.
Chkdsk displayed cleaning.
Which chkdsk switches were used?
For best testing with the HD Tune software please use the full error scan testing.
On the non-windows drive these can be run throughout the day and night.
Chkdsk /r /v can also be run in a similar fashion on the non-windows disk drives.
Chkdsk /r /v was done on drive C after a reboot for the above results.
I will continue to run full hd tune error scans on all drives then and report back with results when done. Some have had a few bad sectors so far.
Make sure important data is backed up.
Drive failure is often unpredictable and these are findings to address.
chkdsk /b /v can be run on drives with bad sectors.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/win...ommands/chkdsk
What does the /a switch do for chkdsk? I don't see it in the list of commands at that URL.
That should have been v as per the earlier posts and was just corrected.
Okay. Here we go. All HD Tune tests finished on all drives. All in this attached 7z. I will run the chkdsk on the non OS drives tonight.

The drives with long generic fail > backup data > replace drives
The drive with reallocated sectors /events if not a fail > backup data > replace
If a drive has a long generic pass and a bad block or reallocated sectors then run chkdsk /b /v
This may take substantial time to run.
These are quick tests for comparison to run on the drives:
