    BSOD when booting

I bought a new PC about a week ago and i have to deal with BSOD errors during startup and when I shut it down, for example when I see the Windows logo, the screen is stuck but only occurs once a day.

Everything is up to date, I have already tried to run Memtest86 one passe no error, Windows memory test twice no error, i checked for any corrupted files, new GPU driver, new BIOS version, verified disk error, nothing.... i don't use any control software or anything.

Everything works as it should, the only problem is this BSOD error.

    If anyone can help me...

    My config:

    Ryzen 3600

    MSI B450 tomahawk MAX

    RX 5700 XT Sapphire Pulse

    Samsung 970 Evo plus

    G .skill RGB 3200Mhz

    Corsair 650x Gold
