BSOD/Slow wake when waking from sleep/hibernation

So for the past few weeks I have been experiencing issues with waking up from either hibernation or sleep mode. Whenever I prompt the laptop to wake up (either WOL, using a USB device, power button) the display either hangs and takes a solid 2 minutes to display the logon screen or gives me a lovely BSOD "DRIVER POWER STATE FAILURE" - I enabled the advanced BSOD codes (in the top left it shows additional codes) but I can't make any sense out of them:
    Codes:
    0x0000000000000003
    0xffffc8841750b060
    0xffff80069a84f7b0
    0xffffc8842d4a0d80

    What I have tried:
    - Removing and reinstalling some drivers: (Display, GPU, Network, Battery)
    - Scans (SFC, DISM)
    - Clean boots
    - Uninstall of software from around when the problem started

In the event log, this is one of the logs:
This was around the boot time: "The NcbService service terminated with the following error: A device attached to the system is not functioning"

This was about 40 seconds after that: "A timeout was reached (45000 milliseconds) while waiting for the IntelSSTSvc service to connect"
followed by a failed to start error.

None of what I have tried seems to have worked.

Windows Version: 1909 (OS Build 18363.535)

Would also like to mention that the device is pingable and connects to the internet when the display is black/trying to turn on.
    Would appreciate any help!

    Any suggestions?
This BSOD is continuing and happening more frequently...
It has to point where it is pointless to sleep/hibernate as it crashes everytime when waking up... having to shutdown everytime and booting up takes ages

Just did those. Appears the BSODs have stopped however it is still taking ages to get from the sleep state to the lock screen (lovely black screen). Also noticed that programs are slow/not responding when logged on from the wake-up. HDD response time is between 150ms-1000ms with 100% utilisation - "System" and "SysMain" are constantly writing/reading. Odd as on other Win 10 PCs that isn't happening.

2 hours later, a lovely BSOD!
Can't upload the logs as it's over 4mb even when zipped. Don't want to upload to Google Drive and post the link publicly but happy to share over PM.
