    Your Qualcomm Atheros AR8151 ethernet driver is being blamed. It's old and needs updating, check here for an updated version.

    Code:
    BugCheck D1, {0, 2, 0, fffff8017aec6cb3}

    *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for L1C63x64.sys
    *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for L1C63x64.sys
    Probably caused by : L1C63x64.sys ( L1C63x64+6cb3 )

    ---------

    0: kd> lmvm L1C63x64

    Another driver to be flagged is NovaShield KTDI driver, this belongs to Bullguard as far as I can see.

    Code:
    ffffd000`21cb81c8  fffff800`943152d8Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\NSNetmon.sys, Win32 error 0n2
    *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for NSNetmon.sys
    *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for NSNetmon.sys
     NSNetmon+0x52d8

    Uninstall Bullguard using teh tool linked below and use native Defender coupled with MalwareBytes.

    download
