    My behavior with PC, its strange behavior to HDD and occasional BSOD


    1. My behavior with my PC Desktop: Mostly I leave my PC ON without shutting it down. After 15 mins screen saver activates and after another ten minutes it goes to a sleep mode.

    2. Strange technical behavior: Often one of its Hard Disk Drive or maybe inside ventilator after some time of work constantly shuts off. But when I go to that disk at letter E: then it reactivates. I can hear how inside my PC HDD starts to rotate. Sound pitch increases. And only after that spin acceleration when it spins at the highest speed I can access data onto E:. When I bought PC and put that internal HDD it worked constantly well without shutting itself down.

    3. Critical Error: Sometimes my desktop PC suddenly turns to bsod. For example I sit down in front of it and press a button. It wakes up from sleep mode and reactivates.Then I'm browsing the Internet and listening to music on YT on one of browser tabs.After some time suddenly sound starts to stutter and loops at same 1/3 second gap. Screen turns to BSOD and gives such information:

    For how long do I have to enable Driver Verifier? 48 hours?
    Or after 5 mins to disable?
    What drivers to select? All drivers or only non-microsoft?

    Here is another good tutorial for Driver Verifier.

    Driver Verifier-- tracking down a mis-behaving driver.

    Following the instructions in the above link will check for problems in all non-Microsoft drivers.

    What we're looking for is a verifier generated BSOD with a mini dump that will tell us what driver caused it. If you get a BSOD, rerun the V2 log collector as soon as possible and upload the resulting zip file. Also see if there is a new C:\Windows \MEMORY.DMP file. If there is, copy it to another location then zip it an upload to a file sharing site like OneDrive and post a link to it here.

    To check if verifier is active, open a Command Prompt and enter:

    verifier /query

    If not active it will respond with

    No drivers are currently verified.

    First, I tried MrPrepka preposition to stress drivers using three functions. The PC was running fine for about 6 hours. Though I'm not sure whether I selected absolutely all non-Microsoft drivers. Because later when I used your method then in the list of all drivers I have found more non-Microsoft drivers that were further behind non-Microsoft drivers block list.

    Moreover, when I tried your method that included more settings(except those two for Win10) for the verifier and for really all non-Microsoft drivers then right after restarting the Win10 OS could not be loaded. It tried to boot but failed. After some additional tries the system started Auto-repair procedure. There I've navigated to troubleshooter and started the OS in Safe mode (F4). Only there I got to the CMD and disabled Verifier using >Verifier /reset.
    And then I was able to load Win10 normally.
    And there were no any crashes or BSOD's.

    I'll try MrPrepka preposition again using only 3 functions and for all non_Microsoft drivers.

    Finishing


    I'm finishing Driver Verifier execution. No threads detected. During this time my PC has not crashed, no BSOD given.
    Verifier was checking all non_Microsoft drivers using just three settings: I/O verification, Force pending I/O requests and IRP logging. None of these caused problems on drivers.

    However, when verifier was running using almost all settings then after restart Windows 10 did not booted.

    Noone can explain why sometimes rarely my PC crash. Already existing logs seems to be useless.
