Boot into safe mode with shift + restart and run DM.
See if it makes any difference.
Here is the requested V2, created yesterday. DM, however, well, that was frustrating. First, I could not access Safe Mode either through Settings nor the Logon Screen. Shut down, uplugged, drained power, plugged back in, accessed Safe Mode from the Logon screen. Clicked on the DM program; something flashed on the screen too fast to have any idea what it said. Tried a few more times, with no response at all, so ran Msconfig; as Safe Mode was not selected, used Restart. That created a BSOD; when data was collected, shut down, restarted.
See post #24.
The logs display Comodo.
Was the software incompletely uninstalled or reinstalled?
Please uninstall Comodo during the troubleshooting process.
Uninstall Comodo Free System Utilities Software | System Utilities Version 4.0
Please do not reinstall Comodo during the troubleshooting.
Were you able to perform an in place upgrade repair earlier in the thread?
And were you able to run the Dell custom hardware tests?
What is the warranty status for the computer?

I left Comodo off for several days, perhaps a week, then reinstalled it to help protect the computer.
I have already told you, one day ago, that I have not been able to successfully complete an in-place update;l in fact, you just asked me to do this in Clean Mode again, and then if it fails, to immediately run setupdiag;
I have already posted the Dell custom hardware test results.
Hardware warranty has just over a month to run, and I am not sure if I can renew it for a year; I am waiting for Dell to reply to my inquiry.
Please see if you can get a RMA.
