    DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION caused by hal.dll + ntoskrnl.exe

I got this brand new gaming computer. Acer Nitro 5 right after summer. It worked for a good while but now it's getting BSODs with the error code DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION. recently I got Bluescreen Viewer, and it told me the two files hal.dll + ntoskrnl.exe may be causing the issues, but I'm not sure. the computer runs an i5 processor, 8 gigs of ram, I'm not much of a computer guy so I can't really say what other parts this computer has, let alone name each one off individually. I don't know what is wrong exactly, but I would like to find out and fix this. This is what I got from the collection software that I was told to use to get the BSOD info:

Another issue I keep having is that it bluescreens during important processes like this. I'm gonna put it into safe mode with networking.

    - - - Updated - - -

This computer constantly bluescreens when I try to do something, going into safe mode prevents me from doing some of those actions, and every time I try to do one of those actions in normal mode, it bluescreens during the process. I have no ideas here and I really need help.

Perform the steps in any order.

These can be performed overnight in safe mode:

    a) HD Tune full error scan
    b) Sea Tools for Windows long generic test

These can also be performed overnight:
    chkdsk /r /v C:
    chkdsk /r /v D:

Step #19 has text and images on how to update, uninstall and reinstall drivers.

The Acer website link was provided as the source for the replacement driver.

    Update: iastorac.sys
    Intel Chipset drivers

There are multiple steps that need to be performed.

BSOD in safe mode typically indicate malfunctioning hardware.

The logs displayed problems with the HD.

Chkdsk switches can be ran now.
