    Windows 10 crash randomly without no trace

    Hi, Guys, My windows crash randomly. Sometimes watching a movie, sometimes just surfing on the browser or watching youtube videos or working on an app. Totally random you don't know when will happen. Sometimes it crashes 2 times in a day sometimes in a week. No sound no cursor no desktop it just turns grey screen. I pulled my display cable and pull it back but it didn't help. ( I tried DP, DVI, and HDMI cable connection also but not a chance) It just a grey screen. Made memory test for 24 hours with MemTest no any errors. But all lights and fans working. I almost upgrade my all system parts recently but still randomly crashing. I don't know how many times I format the PC.

    I almost tried every command such as sfc /scannow etc. But it never helps. There is one solution that making force restart from the case.

    Windows fully updated all drivers are on the latest version. I hope someone guides me to the solution.

    This doesn't seem to be a blue screen of death problem. Please fill out all the details of your system including power supply, all hard drives connected and any other devices drawing power.

    Could be a failure of the graphics card - test by using on-board graphics or swapping for another card.

    Could be power supply issues.

    You might be better posting in the general support area of the forum.

    By the way I do not advise using software to find and update drivers -always go direct to the manufacturers website or motherboard website. Too often you introduce additional errors and problems by using driver update programs.

    I updated my full spec. The most annoying thing there is no clue no error, no sign. That's why I cant cleary finds any solution to my problem. I even thought maybe the problem is my display and changed display just 2 weeks ago and not a chance. Still getting the same crash. I must use UHD 630 for a week and must see what will happen.

    Quick question;

    When I use the UHD 630 and don't get any crash, can we say the problem is my RX 560?

    You may have already done this, but the latest driver for your RX560 looks like:

    Adrenalin 2020 Edition 19.12.3 Optional

    Please check the third party software.
    For example, how come the hosts file is being used to bypass the activation for driver easy?
