Hello and Welcome to the Forum

What make model is your graphic card?

Have you install latest Version Nvidia Driver? You can try repair install in your device manger!
Go to your Device Manager in your Control Panel and go to Display adaptors > click on your right mouse choose update and then choose Browse my computer for driver software > let me pick from a list of available on my computer > Choose NVIDIA GeForce Driver not Microsoft Basic Display Adapter!
    Attachment 259612

EDIT> Or you can reinstall latest Driver from NVIDIA driver!

Get the latest driver for your Nvidia card here: NVIDIA Driver Downloads
Completely uninstall the current Nvidia display drivers using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) from WagnardMobile here: Official Download Here. Do this in Safe Mode.

Then do a custom install of only the Nvidia Graphics and PhysX driver.

See if that gets rid of the problem.

    Please perform the following steps:

    1) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    2) sfc /scannow
    3) dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
    4) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    5) sfc /scannow
    6) chkdsk /scan
    7) wmic recoveros set autoreboot = false
    8) wmic recoveros set DebugInfoType = 7
    9) bcdedit /enum {badmemory}

    10) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

    11) Make sure that there is no over clocking while troubleshooting

    12) Uninstall and reinstall Nvidia GPU drivers as per Ztruker's post #5
    a) If the computer remains stable that will complete the troubleshooting.
    b) If there are recurrent BSOD related to Nvidia GPU additional drivers can be tried.
    c) If BSOD continue then hardware can be swapped.

    13) Upgrade the BIOS: 0802 > 1002
