New RAM unfortunately can be defective.

Just 1 error is a test fail.

Additional testing is needed for confirmation.

I worked as a PC Tech for over 13 years.
It was not unusual for brand new memory (RAM) to be gad straight out of the box.
We would put new RAM in and immediately run MemTest to check it - just in case

If the test's fail over several different sets of RAM, then one must consider the possibility of another component failure.
The next test we would do would be to test the RAM in another system - do you have one that you can test it in?

I have asked for too much help from others after I had two GPU's die on me in the past month. All I have is this RAM and the RAM I had before.

The RAM testing can be performed overnight.

Tested a single DIMM with two passes, no errors but the system is still unstable (Modern Warfare crash)

I have one new one with the other DIMM, but I think I'm gonna test the first DIMM today. I don't know how useful it is by itself. I feel like I have to test all 4 DIMMs that I have but they might only give me the same single error.

Note: I contacted the seller of the RAM. The seller said the RAM was in a system that was tested in a local computer place, but they can't say what tests they did. I got them off eBay as opened but unused.

Just 1 error is a test fail > replace RAM > make sure on QVL > make sure identical SKU when purchasing more than one module > check owners manual to see whether dual channel is or is not maintained if 3 modules are used
