1) See if you can make a free backup image without an error code or message:

Hi zbook,

I tried to copy manually and found out that there is one folder related to those bad sectors because only the file cause BSOD whenever I try to copy. So I do not mind losing that folder. My questions are:

- I mentioned before that I have an issue with my graphic card. Whenever I start a game, the laptop shuts down in seconds. Do you have a tool to check what could be the issue?

- Is it possible to reallocate those bad sectors if I wipe out the driver with "Remove files and clean the drive" option?

If I may add a remark or two I would like to backup @zbook when he suggested you replace the drive. The report from HDTune really confirms the drive is on its way out. You might be able to nurse it along a bit more but at the risk of losing a lot more in a catastrophic failure.

The transfer rate is poor and indicates the head is struggling to read and write to the disk.

The GPU can be tested.
Drivers can be updated.

First the drive problems need to fixed so that there is a better testing environment.

For example the drive replacement is performed now and the computer gets a new operating system with new drivers.
There could be no longer any problems attributed to GPU with the new drive, OS, and drivers.
If there is computer instability it could be troubleshooted.

Chkdsk switches can be ran to modify the drive but this may not complete or take an extremely long time. In addition it could substantially increase the risk of data loss.

Thank you for the tips, philc43 I managed to have a backup and the only purpose of usage is for daily usage until the hard drive fails.
I noticed that you mentioned, "The transfer rate is poor and indicates the head is struggling to read and write to the disk" based on HD Tune report. Could you please inform me what parameters indicate these problems? My knowledge is basic on this topic and all I check is the bad sectors. Thank you in advance

If you want to try data recovery, I would consider imaging with TestDisk instead of trying with the normal system Imaging programs. ( I had never tried it and so you are on your own. It shouldn't be difficult)) Image Creation - CGSecurity

Once the image is created on a larger HDD, you can try to recover the data by running TestDisk on the image.
The topic Repair partition table and boot sector in the article UPDATED How To Fix: External Disk Drive Suddenly Became RAW – Unknown Kadath should help ( Though your disk is not raw the procedure outlined is applicable. Instead of restoring partitions you will copy the listed files shown.)

As you mentioned, I tested it today and everything works fine. Im so surprised that driver issue can cause such a trouble like immediate shut down. Thank you for your time and assistance

As far as I understand from your comment, formatting with ""Remove files and clean the drive"" option does not help to reallocate those bad sectors. Is that right?

All I want to do is using this disk as long as it goes and shall not store any data so that is why I try to find a way for reallocation of bad sectors to make it more stable for my daily usage. But if you say that it takes long and not worth it, I will just keep using this way then.

This is sometimes tricky to assess if you don't have a history of what is normal for your system. I look at the average transfer rate. If this is significantly below 100 for a system like yours I start to be concerned. You also had a lengthy period when it was low and this, together with the large number of high access time yellow spots, gives one cause for concern.
